Block deal in NTPC, stock rises

At 2:23 pm, NTPC was quoting at Rs 200.55, up Rs 3.80, or 1.93%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 202.50 and an intraday low of Rs 198.10. 

There was a block deal of 10.02 lakh NTPC shares on NSE at Rs 201.85 per share.
 
It was trading with volumes of 2,439,953 shares. On Wednesday the share closed up 1.08% or Rs 2.10 at Rs 196.75.
