For over a month these 200 runners have met thrice a week bright and early at 6 am and put themselves through a grueling hour long training session to get fit for the 10 kilometer run. And to see this competitive spririt through Nike, the organizer of the run club is handing out shoes for runners to try out and has roped in experienced athelets to train these passionate runners. "You can run two-three km without any practice but 10km i think any person who hasnt been training much or things like that would take an hour and half and runnning for that much time requires littel bit of training of four to five weeks." said Reet Abraham, a trainer.
