There has been a development in the RIL-NTPC case. The Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries has objected to the case being heard by Judge Roshan Dalvi. It has said that the Judge owns NTPC shares and therefore the matter is now in the hands of Bombay High Court Chief Justice.
