Pyramid Saimira's MD may up holding to 10%: Srcs

CNBC-TV18 has learnt from sources that Pyramid Saimira's MD, PS Saminathan will buy 10% in the company from Nirmal Kotecha. Sources added that the promoter will seek Sebi exemption against open offer post stake buy.
 
Nirmal Kotecha held 30% stake in Pyramid Saimira. PS Saminathan will hold 32.26% stake in the company post stake buy. Nirmal Kotecha's stake will come down to 14.89% in Pyramid Saimira.
