Parsvanath to pick up 38% in Haryana's Nano City project

The real estate major, Parsvnath Developers has said that it will pick up 38% stake in Nano City project in Haryana. The company will invest Rs 400 crore as equity and debt in Nano City. Parsvnath has also plans to list the Nano City project in 18-24 Months. The company has also said that the cost of construction is up 10-12% in last one year.
