US is the Mecca of the global auto industry and Indian automobile major Tata Motors is learnt to be working on a strategy which will help it have a direct presence there. The company is learnt to be lining up an acquisition in the US, reports CNBC-TV18.
Companies like Delphi and Visteon may also see new stakeholders, sources told CNBC-TV18. But analysts say the US acquisition may take time due to high labour cost and other liabilities. |
