Mahindra Lifespaces to finalise four projects soon

Mahindra Lifespaces is in the last stages of finalising four projects and each project is over 100 acres, reports CNBC-TV18.
In Mahindra Lifespaces’ Chennai SEZ a substantial portion of land is reserved for residential townships. Prices are up about 25 times between anchor client sale and current sale.
Mahindra World City of Jaipur is a 3,000 acres integrated business city. The company has already acquired 2,500 acres and it is to be operational by July. Around 22.5 million square feet of FSI is for residential construction.
Mahindra Lifespaces is not looking to dilute any stake currently. They may get a PE player for setting valuation benchmarks.
