Jamnagar may not fulfill India's oil demand: IEA

The International Energy Agency, or IEA, said the Jamnagar refinery may not help India meet its oil demand, reports CNBC-TV18. It further said that Reliance Petrochemicals Limited may export above 75% to qualify for tax exemption.
