IOC to incur losses in Q1 if not given bonds

IOC said that the company will incur losses in Q1 if it is not given bonds, reports CNBC-TV18. It expects the government to issue bonds worth Rs 20,000 crore to oil companies. IOC has sought nod for ECBs worth USD 500 million per year versus the USD 50 million permitted.
