'In-principle' interest in buying L&T's Ready-mix: Holcim

Holcim has said that it is interested 'in-principle' in buying L&T Ready-mix concrete company, say NewsWire18 reports.

L&T has approached the company for the Ready-mix concrete company stake sale. The acquistion will be via ACC and Ambuja Cements.
