IFCI moves HC against Emaar MGF for non-refund of Rs 50cr

IFCI has moved the Delhi High Court against Emaar MGF for non-refund of Rs 50 crore, which was invested in the pre-IPO placement, reports CNBC-TV18. IFCI has filed winding up proceedings against Emaar MGF, which had withdrawn its initial public offering, or IPO, in February 2008.
