DRL to buy back Perlecan stake from ICICI Vent, Citi: Srcs

Dr Reddy's will buy back the Perlecan Pharma shares from ICICI Ventures and Citi, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. The pharma major will buy shares in the range of mid - Rs 50 per share, sources added.

 

Dr Reddy's will hold 100% stake in Perlecan Pharma post the buyback sources said. Perlecan had dropped three new chemical entities from research, sources added.
