D6 production to start in Q3 CY08: Niko Resources

The D6 proved natural gas reserves from Dhirubhai 1 and 3 up by 108% - 9.2 trillion cube feet. The D6 2P (Proved + Probable) natural gas reserves are up by 15% to 13.0 trillion cubic feet. The D6 gas operation is expected to increase to 2.8 billion cubic feet per day. The MA field added 84 million barrels of oil equivalent of 2P crude reserves, 855 billion cubic feet of 2P gas reserves. The D6 oil is on track and will start-up with peak oil production rate of 40,000 barrels per day, or bpd.
