According to Anagram Research's report, with the US now tanking and crude knocking at USD 140, expect the Nifty to fall 200 points in the opening trade and threatening the 4093 bottom made on Wednesday.

Anagram Research's report:

Brace for another crash as the markets respond to the going ons in the US. The Dow plunged a good 358 points to close at 11453, a 21 month low for the US benchmark. The Dow has now fallen more than 19.33% from it's all time high mark seen in October 2007. Another 1% fall will officially make the US a new home for the bear. See inside, to  what it could lead to.

Our Nifty was beaten back from the 4325 mark, as forecast yesterday and was in line to open 70 points lower an account of the discount in the Nifty July Futures. With the US now tanking and crude knocking at USD 140, expect the Nifty to fall 200 points in the opening trade and threatening the 4093 bottom made on Wednesday. While a day trader may find long opportunities after the initial carnage, the average investor should shun this market. Autos are going to take a huge beating and are a clear sell even at these rates. While the inflation numbers are important, the markets may not wait for the niceties of a formal introduction before hammering stocks down.
