Asian markets ends higher

Asian markets were trading mixed. China's Shanghai Composite slipped 0.65% or 18.816 points at 2,856.634.  

Japan's Nikkei fell 0.21% or 27.52 points at 13,039.69.  

However, Hong Kong's Hang Seng was up 1.66% or 362.77 points at 22,184.55.   

Singapore's Straits Times advanced 0.87% or 25.26 points at 2,926.84. 

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted rose 2.39% or 169.11 points at 7,244.76.     

South Korea's Seoul Composite surged 1.96% or 30.08 points at 1,567.51.

Asian markets were trading mixed. China's Shanghai Composite slipped 0.46% or 13.20 points at 2,862.25.

Japan's Nikkei fell 0.42% or 55.41 points at 13,011.80.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was down 0.03% or 7.21 points at 21,814.57.

Singapore's Straits Times declined 0.15% or 4.40 points at 2,897.18.

However, Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted rose 0.56% or 39.39 points at 7,115.04.

South Korea's Seoul Composite was up 0.15% or 2.23 points at 1,539.66.
