Asian markets ended mixed. China's Shanghai Composite declined 1.54% or 45.10 points at 2,875.45. Singapore's Straits Times was down 0.55% or 16.04 points at 2,901.58. However, Japan's Nikkei was up 0.12% or 15.08 points at 13,067.21. Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted gained 0.39% or 27.40 points at 7,075.65. South Korea's Seoul Composite rose 1.19% or 18.05 points at 1,537.43. Hong Kong's Hang Seng added 0.07% or 15.97 points at 21,821.78. Asian markets trading lower Asian markets were trading lower. China's Shanghai Composite plunged 0.07% or 2.09 points at 2,918.45. Japan's Nikkei declined 0.10% or 12.64 points at 13,039.49. Hong Kong's Hang Seng tumbled 1.21% or 264.55 points at 21,541.26. Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted lost 0.68% or 48.24 points at 7,000.01. Singapore's Straits Times fell 1.32% or 38.57 points at 2,879.05. South Korea's Seoul Composite was down 0.52% or 7.90 points at 1,511.48. |
