Asian markets end lower

Asian markets ended lower. Japan's Nikkei decline 0.13% or 18.18 points at 13,463.20.

China's Shanghai Composite slipped 3.09% or 84.50 points at 2,651.60.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted fell 1.54% or 115.36 points at 7,407.98.

Singapore's Straits Times plunged 1.38% or 40.75 points at 2,906.79.

South Korea's Seoul Composite declined 0.51% or 8.46 points at 1,666.46.

Asian markets trading mixed

Asian markets were trading mixed. Japan's Nikkei was up 0.36% or 48.85 points at 13,530.23.

However, China's Shanghai Composite slipped 0.48% or 13.08 points at 2,723.02.

Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted fell 0.41% or 30.83 points at 7,492.71.

Singapore's Straits Times was flat at 2,948.39.

South Korea's Seoul Composite declined 0.86% or 14.33 points at 1,660.59.
