Akruti City approves GDR / ADR issue, stk slips 5.5%

At 10:04 am, Akruti City was quoting at Rs 754, down Rs 44.2, or 5.54% on the Nifty. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 794.95 and an intraday low of Rs 752.50.

The company board has approved GDR / ADR / FCCB issue up to USD 500 million, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,919 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 19.95% or Rs 132.75 at Rs 798.20.
