Television Eighteen India Ltd has informed BSE that November 18, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date in respect of Partly paid equity shares issued under the recently concluded Rights Issue for the purpose of deciding the eligibility for the payment of First Call (Rs. 29.40 - Rs. 1.75 towards face value and Rs. 27.65 towards premium) from the aforesaid shareholders. After the first call, the balance unpaid value of the Partly Shares will be Rs. 33.60 (Rs. 2 towards face value and Rs. 31.60 towards premium)....

tv 18 has bright future. as it has issued right issue of 5 rs with premium of 79 rs. i have 40 share @ 109.9 and purchased 60 rights issue....
