i want to know how a share holder benifited by bonus issue..? i know that no of shares doubles but price allso become half ,...plz tell me .....

the IOC Ltd. has issued bonus shares 1:1, effective date 29.10.2009, if you have holding of 50 Nos. of Shares, now your holding will become twice of this. i.e. 100 Shares

it takes min 10 days from ex-bonus date....+vely by 14th or 15th Nov tak credit ho jayega...

I have purchased100 ioc shares on 21-10-2009 and 100 shares on 22-10-2009 but on 29-10-2009 the share value fall down 642.00 to 312.00 what is the value of shares...
