Posted by : MMB MessengerTexmaco Limited has informed the Exchange that the duly authorised Committee of the Board of Directors of Company has, at its meeting held on July 28, 2009, decided to close the Bid period and approved the issuance of up to 1.64 crore equity shares at a price of Rs.104 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.103 per equity share) aggregating to Rs.170.56 crores. Further, the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Qualified Institutions Placement, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Clause 13A.3.1 of Chapter XIII-A of SEBI DIP Guidelines is Rs.98.64 per equity share, and the relevant date for this purpose, in terms of Clause 13A.3.1(a) of Chapter XIII-A of SEBI DIP Guidelines is July 24, 2009. Further, the company has also submitted to the Exchange a copy of the Release dated July 28, 2009 titled "QIP Issue" alongwith copy of the resolution passed by the Committee of the Board of Directors on July 28, 2009.
