tara maam there are hardly any companies ( not listed ones atleast) engaged so far in the same business but yes there are hundreds of pvt cos doing one or the other business... med transcription, med billing/coding. ...

it would be not published the top customers/clients as it may result in competition... and due to threats from companies in the same industry.....
The company website has to always have up to date info on the company including a full scale latest annual report. Further a list of the important clients also which would give us an idea of the sort of business and future prospects. I am only worried about that k director for if the others too turn out like him then this would come under risky/operator category....

Tara maam. No excuses for any co with resp to annual report. If it is not on bse or on their website, nor made available physically HOW DO U MAKE A NORMAL ASSESSMENT OF THAT CO. Mind u i am saying normal assessment.
I shot off an email yesterday asking the reason for not uploading the latest annual report. Hope all of u do so....
we can get only few good companies like hdfc/infosys....which will be very transparent... in their accounts......
yes very few companies like infy will follow the morals and rules......
comparison with the worst practices is not on. the annual reports in the website are a farce showing only figs and not directors report, audit report, notes to account(which is damn imp) etc. So as good as not posted at all. Shows scant respect for the investors....
