promoter has also increased share holding by two percent.co is very strong but technicals have weakened a little bit due to media propaganda.soon it will touch 120 levels where resistance is felt....

The buy back of own shares few years back as mentioned by COOLBULL is an indication that company has surplus funds to invest.a surplus budjet.If the company focusses more on developement of new drugs by spending on R&D it will definitely oneday another REDDYS.However it is being trgeted now due to market competetion. It is sure sign the company is growing and maaking its rivals scary.I bought some shares during recent dip. I thank COOLBULL who contributed with good advice on this scrip.It is a good bet to invest on growing company than on a matured company....

seein the trend of last 3 days , an immediate bounceback is expected . it may touch Rs. 111 tmrw as an immediate pullback. everything remains good for the company. so hold for target of Rs.195-215 by Jan`2010....

mutual funds are not owning this stock.i bought it today at 106 because it is defensive sector and exit will be easy atleast around 120 level.high beta stocks are falling with velocity so atleast it will not give shock....

Stock`s movement depends upon several factors. I am not in a position to predict that. However, I can confidently say that at the current price Natco Pharma is available at cheap valuation. The company had bought back shares at maximum price of Rs.145/- about a few years back. The company has real estate assets. Also the company is focussing on research driven growth. The company is able to tie up with names like Dr. Reddys and Mylan.Hence at Es. 112 i consider it cheap. However, in stock market you cannot be always sure when the value will be realised, it depends upon lot of factors,on which one does not have any control. Hence one has to take calculated risk....

It seems the Natco is in turbulent times. A article appearing in google search that
Teva, an Israeli generic pharmaceutical company, has filed a lawsuit against Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Mylan Inc and Natco Pharma for patent infringement of Copaxone in the US District Court of New York.stay away for some time.
