yes, that is what i got the information but not too sure about the authenticity...once they make 250 as a buy back offer then SRF will be playing between 270 to 290 for two three months...

Lets hope for the best to happen and make the SRF share holder a cheered new year 2010...

The record date was 13th Nov and the
ex-dividend date was 12th Nov. So I feel those who bought on or before 11th Nov are eligible for the dividend. If the shares were bought as above and transfered to your demat account lateron, your broker is supposed to give you the credit of div....

When did you buy this stock??? Also, have you registered for ECS with your broker? Check with Registrar of SRF if they do ECS with your registered bank account....

I have heard from few sources that SRF is coming with a revised Buy back offer at Rs. 250 within two weeks, i am not too sure what is the basis of their statement. If someone has any idea would help us to add more to our portfolio...

by getting dividend by srf poly appx. 7.55 crores they will revoke pledged shares ofsrf ltd ...

SRF Poly Interim dividend ?

While we have recd. our SRF dividends, those of us holding SRF Poly shares have not heard anything from the company, although, SRF Poly has already received the interim dividend equal to Rs. 30/- per share of SRF Poly. I suggest that we all telephone and send emails to the company, requesting interim dividend to be given in SRF Poly also, like SRF. I have already done the same. The details are as follows :
