Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the preferential allotment of Warrants, the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2009, has allotted 1755000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at price of Rs 10/- each to M/s. Swift Buildwell Pvt. Ltd and KKM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2009, inter alia, has considered and discussed, the proposal for issue of Convertible Equity warrants on Preferential Allotment basis. Following are the outcome of the Board meeting as aforesaid:
1. Issuance of 1755000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential Allotment basis to the Investors other than Promoters at a price of Rs 10/- in accordance with the Guidelines prescribed by the Securities And Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Listing Agreement/s entered into by the Company with the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed, and subject to the consent of the shareholders of the Company in the General Meeting and approval of Stock Exchanges; and
2. Calling of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company in relation to the Preferential Issue of Convertible Equity Warrants....
