do not enter in this counter as they r in a lot of trouble, its sugar business is on down trend.
their 228 crore sugar was cought as they sent it through illegal manner.

buy triveni with a target around 132-136 in next 5 days cause during last correction too sugar stock did fall and the recovery was even better so buy buy as everyone will look for defensive stock now...

Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission(UPERC) Lucknow vide its order dated September 09, 2009- Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of supply of power from Captive and Non-conventional Energy Generating Plants) Regulations, 09 (CNCE Regulations 09) has determined the new effective tariff for existing Bagasse based co-gen projects from financial years 2009-2010 to 2013-14. CNCE Regulations 09 shall come into effect from October 01, 2009. Based on the abovementioned order of UPERC, the effective tariff rate for bagasse based co-gen plants of the Company will stand increased progressively by approx 30%"....
