Hi All,

This is regarding Income Tax implications.

Since 2009, My Sister in Law (Brother`s wife) has been working for an MLM company ( Like Amway). It means she is self employed and earning money through making new members for that MLM.

The MLM company deducts 10.3% TDS from her Income.

For this financial year(2009-10) we have to file ITR for her and our Motto is to REDUCE the Income Tax at maximum level. Her Total Income might cross 3.5 lakhs at the end of Mar 31, 2010.

Please advise the ways how can she save the Income Tax.

Regds
