No shares bought & extinguished - 6,52,560
Min buyback price - Rs. 2,949.99
Max buyback price - Rs. 3,240.00
Amount invested in buyback - Rs.2,002.93 Million
Percentage Shareholding pre / post buyback (Approx)
Shareholding of Promoter and Promoter Group 69.79 / 71,18
Public Shareholding
Institutions 13.35 / 12.92
Foreign Institutional Investors 5.24 / 4.98
Other Shareholders 9.28 / 10.92

It may be observed that both promoter and other(individual) shareholding has gone up. The previous quarter results are good. With the success of NANO volumes will go up and so are the orders for Engine Management System from Bosch.

I would think all these things are big positives for the company and hence the share price is on the upward trajectory.
