Buy Balaji Distilleries instead of buying United Spirits as United Spirits has run up to over Rs.1100 and will touch Rs.1300 soon.

The merger of Balaji with United Spirits will give 2 shares of United Spirits for 55 shares of Balji Distilleries.If you do the maths then you are getting Balji Distilleries at a 20% discount at CMP of Rs.33 per share against United Spirits CMP of Rs.1100 per share.

I recommend investors to accumulate Balji Distilleries at Rs.33 - 35.....Happy investing
