It is good buy:consistent performance, good divident pay out, has not seen much run up recently like other stocks, if it gains the attention of traders and speculators it can jump in leaps and bounds-has seen the level @Rs170- in the last peak- substatial real estate holding which could be monetised, hived off into a separate company fetching additional shares.To sum up a vey good buy:I have a substatial holding in this company and I am a long term investor
