Trent Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into definitive agreements on November 04, 2009 for (i) sale of 14,03,903 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, held by the Company in its unlisted Subsidiary Landmark Limited to TVS Shriram Growth Fund I for a consideration of around Rs.50 crores (ii) subscription by the Fund of a further 4,21,171 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each in Landmark Limited at a consideration of around Rs.15 crores. Further, the Company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the press release, dated November 04, 2009, titled "TVS Shriram Growth Fund I invests Rs.65 crores in Landmark Limited". A copy of the press release shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
