Aasia Management & Consultancy P. Ltd. has informed the Exchange that they propose to acquire upto 10,00,000 shares of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited from Aasia Management & Consultancy P. Ltd. and Aasia Properties Development Ltd. (Partners Aasia Estate Developers). The mode of proposed acquisition is by way of Interse transfer (Promoter Group). The date of proposed acquisition is on or after November 09, 2009. The shareholding of Aasia Management & Consultancy P. Ltd. after the proposed acquisition would be 4874729 shares representing 23.73% of the shares/voting rights of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited. The details of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
