Gujarat State Petronet Limited has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 03, 2009. Further, the Register of Members and Transfer Books for equity shares of the Company will remain closed for the period from November 28, 2009 to December 03, 2009 (Both Days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year 2008-09.
