Electrotherm (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange regarding the passing of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot in accordance with the provisions of section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Companies (Passing of Resolution by postal ballot) Rules, 2001 for seeking approval of members of the Company for alteration of Main Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.The details of the result of postal ballot shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
