I finalized this flat in March 2009 and also paid approx 5 Lacs towards the booking. After this I requested the builder to give me the Sale Agreement which he did but I also asked him to show the Master file (title clearance and so on) to which he told me that they do not have the N.A. certificate for the land, this came as a shocker to me and I did not sign the Sale Agreement, but my only problems is that I have already paid 5 lacs as booking amount. Should I go ahead with the deal in spite of the land not being marked as N.A. The builder also refused to hand over a copy of the Master File in spite of me paying the booking amount.
