After a awesome response from the Investors across the country, we are ecstatic that today Investors are active & want to make wealth and at the same time make system become robust and let us join this Movement for Investor Activism. If you want to discover Multibaggers or Stocks which can yield handsome returns i.e 3-4 Baggers realistically, than you need to first analyse Management Quality and Credentials. We have to assess the all the aspects like Sector Growth, Government Policies, Debt on Books, Entry Barrier, Growth etc before making Wealth i.e Investment Protection is the Key before making any wealth. There have been cases where some Promoters, Brokers after doing scams and committing fraud have been enjoying your riches. We have one Investor Protection & Redressal Forum which is working for the welfare of the Minority Investors & getting justice for Minority Shareholders and also create wealth for Minority Shareholders, which is pivotal. If any one of you have information about any Manipulation committed by Promoters, Brokers or is not satisfied with the Corporate Governance Norms or has been duped by any Stock Broker or any other entity, you many contact sunil(dot)sharma(at)investorprotection(dot)in. There has been very remarkable suggestion from our Group Members who have recommended that Policy issue for Preferential Allotment of Convertible Warrants to the Promoters should be amended if not stopped. We have recommended that Promoters need to deposit 100% not 10% for Preference Warrant and the Price Mechanism should be also transparent i.e If the counter is heavily traded than we can go for six month average or it should be the book value. Secondly, Minority Shareholders should also be given the same right. ,whether they exercise it or not its upto them, bcoz they are also shareholder like promoter.
