Balaji Amines Limited has informed the Exchange that members at their Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 24, 2008 have transacted the following: 1) Received, considered and adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2008 and profit & loss account for the year ending on that date along with reports of director and auditors thereof. 2) Dividend was declared @ Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- to the Shareholders, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the date of this meeting. 3) Re-appointed Sri S.
