Pl note following points about Sebero.
1. Sebero was downgraded by CRISIL from A- to Default category some years back, as the promoters made wilful default to institutions.
2. Promoters holding in the company is very low. At the same time they have opened subsidiaries abroad. The message is clear. Profit will go abroad.
3. Executive turnover in this company is high.
4. Last but not the least, you are hearing this from the horse`s mouth. Pl do not ask more questions.

kdeep kotak,a few days back i had written about this co,their products line n future prospects
Their MD too appeared later on tv also n gave future stretegy of the co
They are in to crop protection research products and the beauty is their directors and other ppl are highly qualified from foreign universities in their line of business
To enter foreign mkts,they have various subsidiaries as a matter of statutory requirements for agri based business and haveparticipation in some companies
If you have short time plans,better not enter in the stock but only MT-LT investors should enter for 2-3 years patience

i know the kind of products they are in to and apart,they have foreign subsidiary also which gives them good top line
in next two years it will be a 1000cr top line co

Its little strange that I dont have the message you sent on SABERO ORGANICS. I was about to reply and surprised to note that it does not exist anymore in my INBOX. God know whats going on with MMB.
Anyway, I have noted that this company is trading at 4-5 year lows and hence did not deliver any shareholder value. The prodcuts they cater to are interesting and have potential because they are catering to AGRICULTURE sector which lot of fundamental analysts feel that there will be good growth in the coming years.
But you should be invested in stocks like UNITED PHOSPHOROUS, INSECTICIDES where there are stronger brands and market leaders. I dont know if SABERO wants to turnaround and deliver magical performance, but right now there is nothing evident for it to deliver stellar performance. Further to that the PROMOTER HOLDING is very less, which does not invoke confidence.
My suggestion is to stay away. Good Luck....
