pe alwaz has to be compared with the sector average..GMR for instance is high pe but still lotta buying interest based on future outlook , agressive grwoth plans....partly overpricved also...

GMR is big dump will give reasonable profit only after 2013....

retrobroker,i admire ur recommendation fella...seeing the chart its a gr8 buy but can u tell me why the PE of the stock is 285and anual eps only in decimals...why everyone is bullish on this scrip..is it bcoz of promoter or future orderbook

its pe is on the higher side.. cud mean 2 things...
1. overpriced
2. huge growth prospoects
markets have a fair pricing mechanism atleast in theory...adding technical analysis to that arnd support and resistance levels this stock looks cheap at the moment and is fairly priced arnd 105 price band..take a JK paper for eg the stock has a pe of only 2.. but its making new lows...and ppl prefer other paper stocks to it..
also GMR has an ever growing order book with agressive overseas plans...

buy GMR at 85..even yesterday it has bounced back.. but markets is making new lows everyday which is bearish indicator...until it make a new high uptrend in the stock is not seen...this is a veryyy good buy at these levels as its below its support of 99...but again all this is not applicable in these conditons..we are witnessing a globally corodinated bear market..markets are stuck in a global contagion effect

buy GMR at 85..even yesterday it has bounced back.. but markets is making new lows everyday which is bearish indicator...until it make a new high uptrend in the stock is not seen...this is a veryyy good buy at these levels as its below its support of 99...but again all this is not applicable in these conditons..we are witnessing a globally corodinated bear market..markets are stuck in a global contagion effect...

yes this is...fundamentally is u see.this is a contagion effect which is why these stocks have tanked..and gone below their strong support levels.. once markets find a bottom and consolidate there..the bearish phase will be over..and markets will rally and consolidate..also profit booking might will come in only between 4250 - 4300 post diwali markets shud be arnd 15000 again....
