@ nitinrao01.... Is it business as usual for you guys??? say when compared to this time last year..... I dont know the reason why most IT stocks r falling despite echoing "a no problem msgs" by their managements...... all the IT people say is they r concernd @ the future...has that "future" come?...

MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2008, inter alia, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aztecsoft Ltd with the Company.

The Board has approved the swap ratio as recommended by Pricewaterhouse Coopers Pvt Ltd and Adithya and Vishwas, Chartered Accountants and the Fair Opinion given by Karvy Investors Services Ltd, Category I Merchant Bankers.

The Swap Ratio approved by the Board is :

"2 (two) equity share of MindTree Ld of Rs 10/- each, fully paid-up be allotted for every 11 (eleven) fully paid up equity shares of Rs 3/- each of Aztecsoft Ltd."

hi,
Looking at fundamental of this company one can enter this stock at current price around 305. this stock will reach 400 + by this year end as the coming quater result would be definately outstanding and above expectation. As from now onwards the company will declare the result comibing both Aztec and mindtree it is going to be a good. Initally it might affect the groth but long term story if really good....

Good lesson for Mindtree & HCL Tech

Being the share holder of this company with the heavy heart I would like to say that Both MindTree & HCL Tech have learned on good lesson about hedging against dollar or I would correct it by saying speculating the currency.

I personnaly do not understand why company like this has good track of record is concentrating more on external factor like exchange rate?..since they do not have any expertise in this fields they went on blind call..as s share holder we are loosing money every day...and looks like this whole year this comany can not report single penny as profit because of the heavy gambling the company peop0le have paid...I hope this move is accepted in BODs meeting..?
Another starnge move is that all the promoters except Mr.Soota have sold good chunk of stoks in the last quarter & anicipating these developments..?
There is lot many questions like this needs to answered by CFO..
I even saw the interview of Mr.K.K in TV18 about the delivering what they have promised..Nothing seems to be in synch what they say and what higher management practice..are are 100% base less..I strongly feel that all the top managment should take at least 50% pay cut as the moral responsibility to boost the situation and I don\\`t think this will have any impact in their activity as they have already sold good number of stoks in the open market. I write this statement not with angry mood but with heavy heart....
