Ongc is profit making company irrespective of huge subsidy burden.... now oil secretary is not willing to rise the oil prices till october,but the crude is moving up with greater velocity.... so,...

Ongc near term range could be 670-800.... fundamentals are there with rising crude prices.... but it is a govt company which will have to face more subsidy burden.... topline growth is not encour...
