The market for the outputs of the company is extremely good. As per the details disclosed by the company in their press note dated 17.09.08,the coke prices are ruling at Rs. 30000 to 35000 as against Rs. 8000 a year before. Hence the company should be posting phenomenal results in this quarter. I think the worst, which is due to sell off by the FIIs, should be over by now and the share price should start moving up in anticipation of good quarterly results. The share price currently cum Bonus and the record date is fixed as 20.10.08. This also may aid the share price to move up. The production capacity is going to increase to 12.54 lac tonne as against the present 10.0 lac tonne by the end of the year. The issue of differntial voting rights shares at a high premium for the purpose of funding the expansion would actually aid the company as it would limit the dilution of equity while incresing the Reserves. The coke prices are not subsiding despite drop in demand for steel. Hence the sustainability of the current prices would not be a problem as the demand for steel would soon pick up. Hence whatever be the market condition, I feel it is better to accumulate this black gold to reap rich benefits....

Can you enlighten us the reasons for your optimistic views. Even if market goes up by 400 points, Rohit not showing any worthwhile upward movement and actually getting lower every day. Hence please provide source of your information so that we can also be hopeful of recovery in this counter.
