When are the D- Link shares getting listed, any further update on the same? KKK...

No assets were transfered to smartlink (previously known as dlink) New dlink will just have marketing business of promoting dlink international product and services in india. For that they have set offices across India. However there would be not much fixed assets as all production is done in Tiwan and only sold here. So it should be listed at 20 - 25 around 40% of smartlinks traded value because demerger was done in that ratio only. Thanks Sachin...

That is correct. I however feel DLink would list around 20 - 25 Smartlink trades around 40 - 45 and combine valuation of the company is around 60 - 70 which was the trading range before demerger. Thanks Sachin ...

The stock is performing well. i have a feeling the spike up is due to Dlink getting listed soon.

Talked to the company person, by this week they should get the SEBI approval and By late october the stock should get listed.

I think the stock would get revalued when the results come out.

There is something wrong in the book value then, if Smartlink is trading around Rs 22 book value, then Dlink would atleast have a book value of Rs.46-50. Therefore, where have all the assets gone, has it been transfered to Dlink. Cause Earlier the total book value was around Rs. 68.90.

Could you please clarify this issue.
I think when Dlink Lists it should trade around 40-45. Thats my view.

The company has informed, that it would list this month only on subject approval from SEBI.

One of the company persons stated that due to the new guidelines by SEBI, this process is taking time and all the documentation is completed by Dlink.

Anyways, any idea or indication on how much the Dlink shares would list. I have a feel its somewhere around 40-50 Rs....

Right now the share is quoting at 47.50.

Listing price of Smart Link would be arount 25 to 30 Rs.

The result are yet to be announced, which would be ok, But the demerger would be very beneficial for the investor for the mid term.

Any other views, Please share....

In the no Delivery peroid, there is no settlement of shares, therefore whoever is bought D-Link before today would be getting one share of Smart Link.

In this Peroid, the shareprice is very erratic.

I think the stock is undervalued, its book value is about 68.90. After the Dmerger,the companies would be more focused and better valued.

The short term target is from 80-85.

Other wise, the company has got good fundamentals, its Book Value is at 68.90.

After the scheme of arrangement with Smartlink, more clarity would be found for the long term. ...
