Gents,
Praj industries is a long term bet due to following:-
1) It has many patents in bio fuel technology which alone if they sell can net them millions.
2) Oil prices are expected to be around 100(bear case) and 130 (bull case) hence the urge for blending with ethanol.
3) GOI to approve 10% ethanol mandatory in all states by year end.
4) Expected break through in algae based bio diesel or bio fuel research.
5) Strong order book of overseas jobs to add to the revenue as rupee weakens to 45 later this year.
6) Tata\\`s buying stake at 250 per share implying intrinsic value of the company. Association with an automobile company to benefit Praj in long term.
7) Rated as best under a billion dollar company this year.
