The ineherent price of DLF is much higher than is currently Quotes. But so are hundreds of other stocks. Real estate is a very difficult market to understand. DLF says that their land bank...

trulyfair, you do have point here,but in very large segments of service industry,cost of office space on ownership/lease is the main investment than the working funds and same is the case with s...

In Mumbai an apartment owner actually only owns the share certificates of his flat, not the original civil construction of the flat itself. Neither does he own the land on which the building stan...

I saw some of your posts. I am sure you wil appreciate that half of the reasons for the carsh today and economic poodle is due to high property prices..DLf and the rest are partly responsible for...

DLF- The land bank with DLF ismore than any other co but then why HDIL is quoting more than this stock In a way PARSVNATH has very large land bank but stock is low because their land bank compr...

DNC,you are right but if you see mkt capitalisation of DLF n HDIL,DLF definitely much higher n if you see their assts n valuation then also DLF scores over HDIL But stock mkt doesnt play only on...
