Price : BSE: Rs 481.25 ( 3.12 % ), NSE: Rs. 481.10 ( 3.01 % )
the proceedings against USA are so severe in their impact it will drain Ranbaxy in legal costs and most likely such proceedsings begin only when there is a sure case and after indictment Ranbaxy will bleed al profits on heavy penalties. Pray this do not happen but there is a small chance and it is not worth risking our money on.
Also is ti correct Autorities have found Ranbay being one of the Pharma companies overcharging essential drugs opening Ranbaxy to about 2000 crores penalty?
