I wont touch this stock untill its balance sheet commands a buy! With sales and expenses growing in tandem sqeezing the margins and declining profits, its not the best of the investment opportunities available today. I would suggest wait until clarity emerges.
Technically, it was a buy when it formed a double-bottom at 89.3. Ever since the stock has fallen. Next resistance level would be 120. A decisive break below 89 would confirm the downtrend. For now, stay away!

Yes, there may be a blood bath today....never mind, we all investors have already lost 70% value of our stocks but selling at this juncture in panic would certainly keep you out of your future.....out of market. so dear collegues....dont ever think to sell yr holding.....it will rebound from 3600/3300 and that is very sure...trust in our economy and think the US bailout amount of 700 billions. The FII\\`s have invested 6 billion in Indian market but they are dictating our market...if we get 5% of that amount in our growing market...what would be then....the market may touch the sky and sensex may be near to 35000....so dont panic and be quite...watch the drama which is not going to last longer and sure we will get back our hard earned money. Think it seriously, be silent and do nothing...only watch silently….this is the mantras of this hour....

A first of its kind 80 MW, state-of-the-art, fully automated in-line crystalline silicon cell manufacturing facility - 40 MW already in production - this will be scaled up to 240 MW.
A 40 MW module manufacturing facility with expansion plans to scale it up to 200 MW.
A 200 MW thin film module plant, capable of producing the world's largest non-flexible thin film modules, is under construction. Module shipments are anticipated around mid 2008.

A significant minority stake in Stion Corporation, a nanostructures development company based in the Silicon Valley, California, for producing extremely low-cost solar power generating surfaces.
Acquisition of 40% equity stake in Solarvaiue, Proizvodnja d.d, a solar grade silicon production facility in Slovenia, to provide access and assurance of supply to low-cost solar grade silicon.
An R&D centre dedicated for the improvement and rapid commercialization of solar technology products.
In addition to the above, MBPV has invested in strategic partnerships involving the entire value chain, particularly for strategic sources such as silicon ingots and wafers, glass, etc. through short-term and long-term supply agreements."

Dear vamsi, I feel it is not good to enter Moser Baer on the rise. Since ECB norms raised, infra sector get a good advantage as per y/days news. So good to focus on infra sector. Suggestions GMR Infra, HCC and other leading infra stocks. Keep a watch and take postions for long term.

"Moser Baer India Ltd, the global technology Company, says its wholly owned photovoltaic (PV) subsidiary has received in full the agreed capital injection of Rs 415 crore from a consortium of global investors to fund the capacity expansion of its high efficiency crystalline silicon and thin film solar verticals. Earlier this month, on September 04, the Company had announced signing of definitive contracts with global investors, including Nomura, CDC Group, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, IDFC PE, and IDFC. This straight equity transaction values Moser Baers PV business at over Rs 6,350 crore ($1.44 billion) and the investors will be entitled to a 6.5 per cent stake in the business.
The Company currently has an annual capacity of 120MW, including 40MW of amorphous silicon Gen 8.5 thin film modules. This investment is intended to fund the expansion of the crystalline silicon cell manufacturing to 180MW and amorphous silicon thin film to 120MW."...
