This is a real problem. These chaps always misguide common investors for the shake of commission. Some of them like ICICI , HDFC, Sharekhan etc. issued colourful report and god knows how they are estimating growth in forward earning when past 5 year is practically stagnant. I only saw sensable analysis on Capital Market website. Some broaders are suggesting 10-15% listing gain. Do any one invest in IPO for so little gain and lock their money for 3 weeks !!!...

Parbat, But dint you pay them for an empty dish on the table?Was there anything left on the table for you guys in this IPO... in effect you paid them for castles in the air or hopes?...

2 days before listing the same brokers will say they issue was expensive, failr value is 800.They would recommend booking losses and investing in ONGC. They would be getting commissions for IPO and also for ONGC purchases. I am not an expert but I feel OIL is not fairly priced at 1050.PE of 11 when it is 12 for ONGC, company 10 times its size. 900-950 would be good price....

For NHPC, everyone said subscribe before the issue. Couple of days before listing all brokers were painting gloomy picture. So did it happen. Why were they quite when the issue opened. Some broker said it is worth only Rs.20/=...

Out of the ten IPOs listed recently eight have drained out the money from the investers remaining two also gave marginal return ...

These gentleman are in league with the promoters of the company and they are paid nicely to promote it.More or less all of the brokers act in this fashion ,they do it for certain consideration .It was suggested by either there should be insurance of issues or it should be obligatory for them to by back at issue price with in the six month of the date of issue. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE STOPPED TO FORECAST THEIR VIEWS AS EXPERT....

These shame less fellows, who robbed crores of rupees in their IPO `REL POWER`-which is at 40% discount- are advising for subscribing OIL IPO `for the shake of commission` their pound of flash! ...

If the money from Swiss bank is to be invested(called back)here, than why Adani and NHPC have fallen below issue price?...
