RPG Cables is to be merged with KEC for which the exchange ratio
recommended by both boards is 1 share of KEC for every 20 shares of RPGCL.

I wonder why people are not buying RPG Cables at CMP of Rs23 odd? ( Rs 23 x 10 shares = 230 Rs )where as 1 share of KEC is 533Rs ..

We are getting 1 share of KEC at less than half the price by buying RPG Cables .

I wonder why no volumes , any insight on this , please ?
