Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.

2. The Board in the said meeting would also consider the revised accounts, if any, for the year 2007-08 after the audit by C&AG, if the said Audit is completed by then and if the time is sufficient to submit the revised accounts, if any, for approval of the Board. The requisite information regarding turnover, profit etc., pursuant to Clause 20 of the Listing Agreement, if the accounts are revised and considered in the said Board Meeting would be submitted immediately after the Board Meeting.
